Rosalie’s catering food truck, the Cruisin’ Cucina, offers fresh authentic food from scratch to any location we can drive up to. You can either visit us roadside or hire the truck out for a casual event for 25-150 people. If you prefer a larger upscale sit-down meal, please refer to our full service catering service which is based exclusively at The Sinclair of Skaneateles.
